I co-founded and scaled AdMagneto And Rudralaya Ventures LLP, a full-service creative marketing and consulting agency with three managing partners, serving TAM advertisers, MSME, and SME clients across India, SEA, MENA, and North America. I managed direct P&L responsibilities of ₹3.5+ Cr in annual retainers and ₹7+ Cr in PPC ad spend, ensuring profitability and long-term growth.
I led Go-To-Market strategies, media planning, business development, and client acquisition, while building and mentoring high-performing teams to meet expanding project demands.

Business Manager, Google Marketing Solutions (NBS Plus)
Selected for the Google AdWords HIPO Global Pilot Program with IGS India within six months of joining, he managed clients across India and SEA markets, focusing on e-commerce, startups, and enterprise accounts. His consistent performance led to a promotion as Business Acquisition Manager – NBS (New Business Sales) under Google India’s NBS Plus Team, where he handled TAM, MNC, and TNC accounts.
Recognised as Top Sales Manager – India for FY 2018–19 and 2019–20, he achieved over ₹26 Cr+ in new business sales, exceeding all growth targets. He also authored a research paper on the “OTT Market 2018 – India.”
He spearheaded strategic client acquisition and onboarding across India, Singapore, SEA, and APAC, driving market expansion and revenue growth. Key accounts included Murugappa Group (BSA Cycles), Rocketry (Movie Global Launch with R. Madhavan & Prakash Nambiar), Odu Raja Odu (Malayalam Movie – Vijay Moolan Verghese Group), and Canara HSBC Life Insurance.
Delivering the highest revenue closures in consecutive fiscal years, He contributed significantly to the NBS Plus team’s success and the scalability of Google’s TAM5K Model across China, Japan, and South Asia.

His journey began in Investment, Wholesale, and Retail Banking with ICICI Bank Ltd. In 2002, at the time of the Merger of Bank of Madurai with ICICI Bank Ltd, where he gained extensive experience in HNI and NRI portfolio management, financial investment products, and client relationship strategy. This strong foundation in structured banking operations, IPO , Stock Trading Investments into retail, wholesale, corporate and government business and wealth advisory led to a natural progression into Wealth Management, Investment Banking and HNI Investment & Portfolio Management Services into Real Estate, Financial Instruments Investment Advisory, managing high-value clients and corporate portfolios. Leveraging this expertise, in 2013, he transitioned into Luxury Real Estate Investment Advisory & Sales, leading premium property portfolios and large-scale development investment projects. At Land Movers (his 1st startup, now renamed as Housologist and other ventures), He specialised in luxury and high-value ultra-luxury residential and commercial assets, combining financial acumen, strategic sales, and Pre-IPO project management to deliver exceptional returns and long-term value for HNI clients across India, Dubai, Cross Border Investment in The UK, The USA, Europe, Monaco and other global markets.
